Evaluation sequence

1. Confirm intended use, warranty and electrical supply with the manufacturer.
2. Identify surfaces, occupants, ventilation and access constraints.
3. Compare equivalent tasks and document interruptions.
4. Record the observations without generalizing to the entire building.
