Enquiries

The default enquiry form prepares an email, WhatsApp message or a local text-file download. Preparation alone does not send a message. Sending through email or WhatsApp uses those services and shares your selected details with the recipient. A preferred appointment date is not a booking.

Where a website operator explicitly enables the optional secure submission endpoint, the form sends the entered details to Rainbow Africa through its configured email provider. Do not submit medical information, passwords, card details or identity documents.

Local storage

This site stores only product identifiers and quantities in the browser for your shortlist. Use “Clear shortlist” to remove them. The evaluation worksheet is not automatically uploaded or retained by this website; exported files remain under your control.

External media

Manufacturer images are requested from their host unless the operator has installed authorized local copies. Video players are not loaded until you choose to load one. Those hosts receive connection information and may apply their own policies.

Questions are processed locally using website content. Chat messages remain in the page session and are not sent to an AI provider or stored by the guide.

Analytics and marketing

No advertising pixel, analytics SDK or newsletter signup is included in this version. Hosting infrastructure may maintain operational access logs. If the operator adds services later, this notice must be updated accordingly.

Access and deletion requests

Contact Rainbow Africa regarding messages you have sent. Retention of business correspondence is handled by the operator and its applicable requirements; this website does not invent a fixed retention period.
